Recipes - Flat Bread
Ingredients
500g strong white flour
2 tsp salt
7g sachet fast action yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
300ml water |

Method
1. Mix the flour, salt, yeast and oil in a large bowl and add enough water to make a soft (but not sloppy) dough. Knead well for about 5 minutes.
2. Put into a lightly oiled bowl and leave to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
3. Divide dough into 8 pieces and use a rolling pin to flatten each into a circle 15cm in diameter and about 1cm thick. Place each piece on a lightly floured baking tray to prove for 5 minutes.
4. Place baking tray into your adobe oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, turning the dough half-way through cooking.
